Ride the tide to the fair

The 2022 Weston County Fair is finally here and the News Letter Journal is excited to once again highlight the excitement that this time of the year brings for so many people.
In the first three days of the fair we were able to catch nearly every emotion out there, from tears, to cheers and even some pure determination and
frustration.
There is no better time than the fair to truly connect with your community while supporting the people that come together every year to make the fair happen.
From the hardworking kids to the adults that
organize it all, and even the animals that become
spectacles for a week, a huge thank you is extended. The Weston County Fair would not be what it is without the hardworking people in this community that dedicate their time to creating events that everyone can enjoy.
A special shout-out goes to our very own Walter Sprague as he was named 2022 Weston County Fair volunteer of the year on Saturday.
So put on your sunscreen, grab your best sunglasses and ride the tide to the fairgrounds. We hope to see you there!
