Petition to abandon and vacate a portion of warwick street in the city of Newcastle, Wyoming
 
Pursuant to Newcastle City Code Section 22-3.1, the undersigned landowners (“Petitioners”) petition the City of Newcastle, Wyoming to abandon and vacate the portion of West Warwick Street bordered on the north by the southerly 55 feet of Lots 10, 11 & 12, Block 3, Original Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming and the Southerly 50 feet of Lot 9, Block 3, Original Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming and Lot 8A, Re-Subdivision of Lots 7 & 8, Block 3, Original Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming according to the recorded plat thereof, and as more fully shown and described in the attached survey description and survey map.
