HARVEY LEE NOBLE

Harvey Lee Noble, 65, died in San Diego, Calif., on June 6, 2020. Burial of his cremains will be June 30, 2022, at Greenwood Cemetery in Newcastle, Wyo.

Harvey was born Oct. 28, 1954, to Lucille (Good) Noble and Harvey Ray Noble in San Diego while his father was serving in the U.S. Navy. After his father was discharged they spent several years in Casper, Wyo. Harvey Lee and his mother then returned to live in San Diego. Harvey Lee graduated from Crawford High School and two years at Mesa College in San Diego.

Harvey had been employed as V.P. at Fryer Knowles Ship Repair removing insulation from ships in port at San Diego. 

Harvey is survived by his mother, Lucille; aunts, Gertrude (Ron) Ackerman of Yuma, Ariz., and Irene Tunnell of Newcastle; cousins, Tim Tunnell (Maureen) of Sun City, Ariz., John Tunnell (Vanessa) of Davisville, W.Va., Lory (Jim) Palm of Casper, Cyndi Swartz of Washington, Sandi (Greg) Herron of Las Vegas, Nev., and Len Ackerman, Washington; second cousins, Nick (Britney) of Frisco, Texas, Cory of W.Va., Jesse (Kelsey) of Ohio, Trenton (Olivia) of Houston, Hannah of Surprise, Ariz., Whitney of Sweden, Mychael of Texas, Amber of Bozeman, Mont., Melissa of Casper; and 10 third cousins.

He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents and his aunt, Margaret.

Harvey’s grandfather, Walter (Ilo) Good, and his great-grandfather, Chris Good, were early homesteaders in Weston County, with Chris coming to the Inyan Kara area in 1892.
