Congratulations

Once again, the News Letter Journal has collected nominations from the public for our Person of the Year award. Each of these individuals have made a difference in the community in one way or another.

In this week’s edition of the paper, you will read stories of success, dedication, contribution, and love for the community these individuals call home.

Each of these individuals that were nominated for the 2024 NLJ Person of the Year offers a unique perspective, with each affecting people’s lives in different ways — and it’s this diversity that keeps life interesting, offering many viewpoints for an overall enriched community.

Here at the News Letter Journal, we believe these people deserve to be celebrated, not just now but throughout the year. We are excited to honor these individuals and to continue to share stories of kindness, passion and success throughout the year.

As always, we realize there are a multitude of people who impact our lives on a daily basis, and we wish we could honor them all — please be sure to let us know about your neighbors deeds and accomplishments so we can continue to present positive stories throughout the year.

As we head into 2025, we encourage everyone to remember those around you who make a difference, to thank them when you see them, and to submit their names for 2025 NLJ Person of the Year.
