City of Newcastle Public Notice

The City of Newcastle is planning to replace the restroom facility at Dow Park at 204 Forest Hill Way with a  precast concrete structure.  Preliminary drawings are available for review at the City Engineer’s Office. Funding is to be with city funds set aside for this purpose and matching grant money from the Wyoming Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF).  The project is in the planning phase and comments and suggestions from the public are welcomed.  Comments can be directed to Chuck Bartlett, City Engineer at 10 W.
