Body found on Outlaw Trail

CODY (WNE) — The body of a deceased male was found on April 2 on the Outlaw Trail, according to a post from the Park County Sheriff’s Office.

Both the Park County Sheriff’s Office and Search and Rescue responded to the location of the body, which was about three miles from the trailhead.

“Due to the nature of this event and sensitivity to the families involved, details will not be released,” the sheriff’s office said in a Facebook post.

The sheriff’s office encourages the public to share any information about the incident and report any possible evidence spotted at the trailhead.
