His maternal grandparents are Claudia and Carmin Grandinetti of Louisville, Ky.
Paternal grandparents are Barb and Pat Crow of Newcastle, Wyo.
David and his family are preparing to move from Louisville to Mons, Belgium, where he will serve as the technology officer at Supreme Headquarters, Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), the military arm of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
