Average gasoline prices in Wyoming up more than 9 cents a gallon

CHEYENNE (WNE) — Average gasoline prices in Wyoming have risen 9.1 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $4.09 per gallon Monday, according to GasBuddy.com’s survey of 494 stations in Wyoming.
Prices in Wyoming are 18.1 cents per gallon higher than a month ago, and stand $1.06 per gallon higher than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has increased 17.8 cents compared to a week ago, and stands at $5.255 per gallon.
According to GasBuddy price reports, the lowest price in the state Sunday was $3.65 per gallon, while the highest was $5.49, a difference of $1.84 per gallon.
The national average price of gasoline has risen 10.8 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $4.06 per gallon Monday. The national average is up 23.9 cents per gallon from a month ago, and stands 95.6 cents per gallon higher than a year ago, according to GasBuddy data.
