Arrow Gas Service in Upton sold a winning Cowboy Draw lottery ticket worth $787,864, according to a March 5 press release. The drawing took place on March 3. “We are excited to hear from the winner! This is another big win for WyoLotto players in the Cowboy State, and we can’t wait to change another life,” Jon Clontz, WyoLotto CEO, said in the release.

Arrow Gas Service is owned by Debbie Douglas and Jerry Frederick.

“We have enjoyed having the lottery the entire time because we see new people all the time, and they are so excited,” Douglas said, noting that Arrow enjoys celebrating even the little wins with customers.

“As far as that, the person who won has decided to keep it anonymous, so we didn’t get to celebrate with him,” Douglas said. “But it was exciting; that is the first big win for us.”

She noted that the biggest win before this was around $2,000.
