Sealed BIDS for a 2026 Chevrolet Colorado 4WD Crew Cab Work Truck (WT), Sterling Gray Metallic in color, will be received at the Newcastle City Office until 2:00 PM, local time on July 22, 2026. Bids will then be opened and read aloud. Specifications may be obtained from or examined at the Office of the Newcastle Police Chief at 30 N. Summit Avenue, who can be contacted at (307) 746-4486.

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any and all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder.

Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106 “preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state”.
