9.20.18 Legal Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC to modify Air Quality Permit P0022506 with the addition of fifty (50) 550 hp or less Doosan generator engines to be operated at oil and gas well sites at various locations in Albany, Campbell, Carbon, Converse, Crook, Fremont, Goshen, Johnson, Laramie, Lincoln, Natrona, Niobrara, Park, Platte, Sweetwater, Uinta and Weston Counties, Wyoming.
