PUBLIC NOTICE
 
To:  The owner of a 1996 Champion Mobile Home (VIN#05965880440) located at 1074 Old Highway 85, Newcastle, WY 82701.
 
The Owner of the land on which the property is located considers this mobile home abandoned, and announced on January 25, 2019 she intends to take possession of the home.
If you are the Owner of the mobile home, you must take possession of the property to which you are entitled, or notify the landowner in writing of your intent to take possession, within seven (7) days from the date this notice is published.  If you notify the agent in writing of your intent to take possession of the property, you must take possession within fifteen (15) days from the date this notice is published. If this property is claimed, there will be a fee assessed for storage.
The property is deemed abandoned and possession of the mobile home will be taken  if you do not comply with either of these options.
