Was sold on August 31, 2015 for 2014 taxes due Weston County, which Tax Sale Certificate of Purchase is presently held by Gloria Scott; that said real estate is taxed in the name of:

NEWCASTLE, WY, 82701
The time for redemption will expire on April 17, 2020.  The undersigned, as owner of the certificate of purchase # 4876 will apply for a deed on April 20, 2020 or thereafter.
