NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION ESTABLISHING TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY
 
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR FREDRICK BUTH: 
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 30 day of November, 2021, Sharon Ready, John Buth, and Arlene Martin filed an application in the Sixth Judicial Court in and for the County of Weston, State of Wyoming, stating that Arthur Fredrick Buth died on May 18, 2021; that he was a resident of Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming; and that at the time of his death he owned a parcel of real property located in Weston, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: 
LOT 5, BLOCK 5. FOREST HILL PARK ADDITION, NEWCASTLE, WESTON COUNTY, WYOMING
Said application prays that the Court enter a decree establishing right and title to the above-described parcel of real property, and serting over decendent’s interest therein to Sharon Ready.
You are hereby further notified that if no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this notice, the court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property located in Wyoming to the Applicant as stated above. If an objection to the application is filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, the court shall set the matter for a hearing after which the court shall enter an order either denying or granting the application.
