Ordinance No. 2, Series 2021
 
An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance No. 5, Series 2017 and Providing for an effective date
 
Be it ordained by the governing body of the city of newcastle, newcastle, wyoming, 
 
Section 1: Repeal of Ordinance No. 5, Series 2017
Ordinance No. 5, Series 2017 is hereby repealed. 
 
Section 2: Repealing Clause
Any other ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repleaed.
 
Section 3: Effective Date
This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided by law. 
Passed, adopted and approved this 6 day of December, 2021.
