NOTICE OF APPLICATION 
FOR A DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION 
ESTABLISHING TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
 
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on November 20, 2019, Jeffry McClintock filed a VERIFIED APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION ESTABLISHING TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY in the above-named Court, seeking to distribute mineral interests held by Archie G. McClintock and Kathleen McCormick, aka Kathleen McClintock McCormick in Weston, Sublette, Park, and Big Horn Counties to Jeffry McClintock and Ellery McClintock. The mineral interests are more fully described in the application on file with the Court.
 
Any persons having an interest in the above estate are hereby given notice that unless you file an objection in the office of the Clerk of the above-captioned Court within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, any interest not asserted or filed will be forever barred.  If the facts as stated in the Application are not in dispute, the Court will enter a decree of distribution establishing right and title to the property of the estate in the name of Jeffry McClintock and Ellery McClintock.
