PUBLIC NOTICE
 
The Fisher Sand and Gravel Co. of Dickinson, ND has filed a small mining permit expansion application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of limestone in Weston County, Wyoming. The True Quarry is located approximately 9 miles east on Hwy 16 and 1/2 mile north on Beaver Creek Rd. from the junction of Hwy 85 and Hwy 16 in Newcastle, Wyoming. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or the Sheridan Office of the Land Quality Division. The application will be re-advertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.
