Notice of Hearing on Variance Request
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Tim Kessler has requested a variance with the City of Newcastle Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment. Mr. Kessler requests a variance to allow moving and setting a 1978 16-ft x 80-ft mobile home at the address of 119 Sheridan Street, Newcastle, Wyoming. Pursuant to the Zoning Ordiance of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming, setting a home over 20 years in age is generally not permitted at this zoning address which is located in an M-H Zoning District. 
Also take notice that hearing on the requested variance will occur on November 19, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming City Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
