Variance Request
Please take notice that Robert Williamson has requested a variance with the City of Newcastle Board of Adjustment. Mr. Williamson requests a variance to reduce the required number of off-street parking spaces to 30 total and omit the requirement that an off-street loading space be provided for a proposed development of lots 1-5, Block 11 of the Duff Gray Addition addressed 833 S. Summit Street, Newcastle, Wyoming. Pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming, approximately 45 off-street parking spaces and 1 off-street loading space for the proposed development would be required which is located in a C-1 Zoning District.
Also Take Notice that a hearing on the requested variance will occur on February 4, 2021 at 5:40 p.m. in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
