PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Vermilion Energy USA LLC to modify well completion and re-completion (F028253) permit to include operations in Campbell County, Wyoming.  The completion and re-completion permit will include operations in Campbell, Niobrara and Weston Counties, Wyoming.  The proposed permit includes requirements to conduct well completions or re-completions using best management practices to reduce emissions of regulated pollutants associated with such activities to the extent practicable and to monitor, maintain records and report emissions from the completions or re-completion activities.
For the duration of the public comment period, copies of the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at http://deq.wyoming.gov/aqd/new-source-review/resources/applications-on-n... and at the Niobrara County Clerk’s Office, Lusk, Wyoming, Campbell County Clerk’s Office, Gillette, Wyoming and the Weston County Clerk’s Office, Newcastle, Wyoming.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
