Instructions to Voter: 
To vote you must mark the box next to the name of the candidate for whom you wish to vote. 
To write in a name, you must place a mark on the left of the line provided, and write in the complete name on the space provided. 
After voting return the ballot to Canyon Improvement and Service District PO. Box 111 Newcastle, WY 82701.
An alternate polling place will be open at 372 Salt Creek Rd. from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. 
Ballots must be received before 5:00 p.m. on November 5, 2019 to be valid.
