Notice of Public Hearing
 
Notice is hereby given by the City of Newcastle, Wyoming that a Petition has been filed to abandon and vacate the portion of the dedicated West Warwick Street bordered on the north by southerly 55 feet of Lots 10, 11 & 12, Block 3, Original Addition,  , Weston County, Wyoming and the Southerly 50 feet of Lot 9, Block 3, Original Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming and Lot 8A, Re-Subdivision of Lots 7 & 8, Block 3, Original Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming, according to the recorded plat thereof. The Petitioners are owners of the southerly 55 feet of Lots 10, 11 & 12, Block 3, Original Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming and the Southerly 50 feet of Lot 9, Block 3, Original Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming and Lot 8A, Re-Subdivision of Lots 7 & 8, Block 3, Original Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming, according to the recorded plat thereof. The portion of West Warwick Street for which the Petitioners have petitioned to be abandonded and vacated has not been developed as a public roadway. A public hearing on said Petition shall be held on the 19th day of October, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Newcastle City Council Chambers on the second floor of the Newcastle City Administration Building located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming.
