NOTICE OF HEARING ON VARIANCE REQUEST
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Amanda Bench has requested a variance with the City of Newcastle Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment. Ms. Bench requests a variance to allow for signage to be placed upon the addresses of 510 S. Seneca, Newcastle, Wyoming and 514 S. Seneca, Newcastle, Wyoming for the purposes of operating an overnight lodging establishment. Pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming, the requested signage is generally not permitted at these zoning addresses, as they are located in an R-2 Zoning District.
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested variance will occur on August 13, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming City Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
