PUBIC NOTICE
 
This is a formal notice to the public that you are forbidden from using the Black Thunder Bridge located on the Bruce Road in Weston County. If you attempt to cross this bridge by tampering with any of the locking mechanisms attached, you may be subject to legal action, including arrest and criminal trespassing charges. This notice is effective immediately, and will remain in effect until further notice. A copy of this notice has been provided to local law enforcement.
