Notice of Permit Application – Bentonite Performance Minerals, LLC
 
Bentonite Performance Minerals, LLC of Colony, WY has filed a regular mining permit application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of Bentonite in Weston County, Wyoming.  The permit application is approximately 2.8 miles south of where Old US HWY 85 meets Dewey Road.  The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or the Sheridan Office of the Land Quality Division.  The application will be readvertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.
