05.28.20 Budget Notice

Public Notice
 
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for the Weston County Natural Resource District for the 2020-2021 fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, which is being considered by the Board of Supervisors, will be held June 9, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the District Office in the USDA Service Center Building in Newcastle, Wyoming at which time any persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget. The Board’s regular business meeting will be held immediately after the budget hearing. 
 
The following budget will be revewied: 
Estimated Cash on Hand - 7/1/2020 $130,000
Estimated Emergency Reserve - 7/1/2020 $80,616.18
 
Projected Reveue: 
Anticipated Cash and Revenue (State grants, Unanticipated Revenue, Sales Tax) $195,923.50
Mill Levy Requested $130,000
Total Projected Revenue $455,923.50
 
Projected Expenditures: 
Administrative Budget $62,000
(Coordinator, Office supplies, Postage, Memberships, Board travel, Training)
Operations Budget $365,173.50
(Education, Forestry, Wildlife, Water Quality programs)
Indirect Costs Budget $28,750
(Insurance, Payroll taxes, Worker’s comp)
To be added to Emergency Reserve $10,000
 
Total Projected Expenditures $455,923.50
