PUBLIC NOTICE
 
Weston County is seeking bids for a dust mitigation project for Weston County Roads #59 Upton Fairview and #22 Fiddler Creek, located approximately two (2) miles South West of Upton, WY on State Highway 116. Bid packets are available at the Weston County Clerk’s Office located at 1 W. Main Street, Newcastle, WY or located on Weston County’s official website www.westongov.com. Bid packets are due to the Weston County Clerk’s Office before 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday April 10th, 2019.
 Bid openings will be held in the Weston County Courthouse Commissioners Room located at 1 W. Main Street, Newcastle, WY at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 11th, 2019.  All bids will be opened and read publicly. Any bids received that fail to comply with the bid documents, or turned in after the due date will be rejected. Bid award will be made after that date subject to approval by WYDOT.
