NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Wyoming Statute Section 2-1-205 that Bonnie Lee Kipper, Donald Richard Berdahl, Ronald Stewart Berdahl and Barry Scott Berdahl filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Weston County, Wyoming an Application For Summary Distribution Of Real Property (“Application”) to distribute to Bonnie Lee Kipper, Donald Richard Berdahl, Ronald Stewart Berdahl and Barry Scott Berdahl as the distributees named in the Last Will And Testament of Jeanette Ileene Berdahl all of Jeanette Ileene Berdahl’s interest in certain real property in Weston County, Wyoming, as more fully set forth and described in the Application.
Objections to the Application must be filed with the Court before the expiration of twenty (20) days after mailing this Notice to you if required by Wyoming Statutes Section 2-1-205(d), or thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice, whichever is later.  Untimely objections are barred.
If no timely objection to the Application is filed, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title of Bonnie Lee Kipper, Donald Richard Berdahl, Ronald Stewart Berdahl and Barry Scott Berdahl to the real property of Jeanette Ileene Berdahl described in the Application.
