NOTICE OF DECISION OF ADVERTISED TIMBER SALE
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT

JACKPOT TIMBER SALE: IN CROOK COUNTY: WYOMING: PUBLIC LANDS: ADVERTISED SALE.
All timber designated for removal by commercial thinning on certain federal lands in T48N, R63W, Section 13, 14, 24, Weston County P.M.Sixth., estimated for purposes of this sale to be less than 240 MBF. This sale notice, first published on February 28, 2019 constitutes the decision document for purposes of protests, under 43 CFR subpart 5003 - Administrative Remedies. Protests for this sale must be filed in the Newcastle Field Office within 15 days after first publication of this notice. As interpreted by BLM, the regulations do not authorize the acceptance of protests in any form other than a written hard copy that is delivered to the physical address of the advertising BLM office.
