UW names President’s Honor Roll students
The University of Wyoming lists seven students from Weston County on the 2021 fall semester President’s Honor Roll.
They are Jordan Terese Daniele, Courtney Rainbolt, and Peyton R. Tystad of Newcastle, and Dawson T. Butts, Riley T. Coburn, Jared Hylander, and Daniel C. Wozney of Upton.
The President’s Honor Roll consists of regularly enrolled undergraduates who earned a 4.0 (“A”) grade-point average for the semester. To be eligible, students must have been enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours taken for letter grades.

Voelker, Wagoner named to Dean’s List
Dakota Wesleyan University of Mitchell, S.D., recently released its fall 2021 Dean’s List, which includes a total of 299 university students. Of those students, two are from Newcastle. They are Lexus Voelker and Makenzie Wagoner.
To qualify for the Dean’s List, a student must have a semester grade point average of at least 3.5 on a four-point scale. They also must complete at least 12 hours of academic work during the semester.
