Notice Of Applications For A Decree Of Distribution Establishing Title To Real Property
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on January 24, 2020, Michael A. Cover, in his capacity as successor trustee of The Catherine E. Cover Revocable Trust under agreement dated April 22, 2007 and George S. Jenkins, in his capacity as successor trustee of The Jenkins Marital Trust created pursuant to the Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated November 23, 1992, filed a VERIFIED APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION ESTABLISHING TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY in the above-named Court, seeking to distribute the mineral interests held by Dorothy A. Petersen, Catherine E. Cover, and Georgia S. Jenkins in Weston County to The Catherine E. Cover Revocable Trust under agreement dated April 22, 2007 and The Jenkins Marital Trust created pursuant to the Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated November 23, 1992. The mineral interests are more fully described in the application on file with the Court.
Any persons having an interest in the above estate are hereby given notice that unless you file an objection in the office of the Clerk of the above-captioned Court within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, any interest not asserted or filed will be forever barred. If the facts as stated in the Application are not in dispute, the Court will enter a decree of distribution establishing right and title to the property of the estates in the name of The Catherine E. Cover Revocable Trust under agreement dated April 22, 2007 and The Jenkins Marital Trust created pursuant to the Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated November 23, 1992 .
