01.17.19 City Ordinance

ORDINANCE NO. 1, SERIES 2019
 
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF NEWCASTLE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 13, SERIES 1967 TO INCREASE FILING FEE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE, WESTON COUNTY, WYOMING, that:
SECTION  1: The last sentence of Section 11 of Newcastle Subdivision Ordinance No. 13, Series 1967 shall be, and hereby is amended to read as follows:
“The subdivider shall pay the following filing fee for every preliminary plat submitted to the Commission for approval:  (i) $150.00 for a preliminary plat containing up to ten (10) proposed lots; or (ii) $150.00 for a preliminary plat containing more than ten (10) proposed lots plus $20.00 for each proposed lot over ten (10) lots.”
SECTION  2:  This Ordinance shall become effective after passage and upon publication as provided by law.
 
Passed on first reading: December 3, 2018
Passed on second reading: December 17, 2018
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on third reading this 7th day of January, 2019.
