Through strategic planning sessions, seven elected board members lead the facility initiatives for the health of Weston County. Our vision is to provide quality healthcare in a caring environment to improve the health for our community. We strive to continually exceed the expectations of every patient and customer in regard to service, effort and professional standards.
A wide range of services include an Emergency Room, Laboratory, Radiology Department, Outreach Services, Therapy Services, Home Health and In-Home Services, as well as Acute Care and a 58-bed long-term care facility. Trained professionals use state-ofthe-art diagnostic imaging equipment to assist medical providers in diagnosing conditions of the human body. We provide a variety of exams and offer services in modalities such as x-ray, CT, ultrasound, screening 3D mammography and MRI. Our imaging modalities allow a variety of ways to look at and into the human body, help all health care providers to diagnose conditions. 3D screening mammography is now available. The Laboratory provides testing to aid in diagnosis, treatment, management, and prevention of disease. On Wednesdays, from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., blood wellness testing is available at the lab. The Therapy Services Department offers physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to patients who are disabled, injured or impaired by an illness or accident. We also offer swing bed services, and cardiac rehabilitation.
