Upton students drive Wyoming FCCLA

By Nick Runyan for NLJ

Liz Stephens of Upton is the Wyoming State Parliamentarian for FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) believes that students in FCCLA make changes for the better— for themselves, their communities and states, and even nationwide.

Upton High School’s FCCLA members have been making that kind of impact for decades, and Stephens told the News Letter Journal that FCCLA has consistently changed the lives of students for over 75 years. She predicted it will continue doing so for more years to come, and Wyoming’s FCCLA chapters are looking for funding to create even better leadership opportunities for the student members involved in organization through workshops, keynote speakers, and other leadership trainings offered during their state convention.
