Sandvik Signs with Boom Phantoms in Belgium

Phantoms play in the Belgian Top Division 

ANTWERP, Belgium (June 8, 2026) – Former Wyoming Cowgirl Henna Sandvik has signed with the Boom Phantoms of the Belgian Top Division Women’s League. The Phantoms play in the Boom municipality in Antwerp, Belgium.

“I’m excited to get to Boom and can’t wait to be a part of the team,” said Sandvik via the Phantom’s signing post.

“The goal for next season is to blend in with the team’s style of play and develop individually and as a team as the season goes on.”

In her lone season at UW, Sandvik started in all 30 games for the Cowgirls and averaged 10.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. Sandvik scored in double figures 15 times in 2025-26 and had two 20-plus point scoring outbursts. Sandvik recorded a career-high 25 points in Wyoming’s February 11 win at UNLV. Sandvik becomes the fourth Cowgirl in the last two seasons to sing a professional contract overseas.
