PROCLAMATION & NOTICE WEST END WATER DISTRICT WESTON COUNTY, WYOMING      MONDAY, July 27, 2026

Notice is given that a mail ballot election will be held in Weston County, State of Wyoming, on November 10, 2026.  The ballot is the election of two Water District Directors.  All qualified voters are eligible to vote.

To qualify as a candidate for the two director positions, a person must be either a qualified elector or a landowner.  The following trustee positions will appear on the ballot:

Two (2) West End Water District Director Positions: 4 year terms

Applications for Water District Director positions will be accepted at P. O. Box 892, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701 from August 1, 2026 to and including August 27, 2026. Inquiries should be made to the West End Water District, P. O. Box 892, Newcastle, WY  82701 or 307-746-3248.

Any qualified registered elector may vote by mail ballot on Election Day or by absentee ballot.  A qualified registered elector may apply for an absentee ballot either in writing or by telephone.  Applications should be made to the West End Water District, P.
