NOTICE OF RIGHT TO RECLAIM  ABANDONED PROPERTY

To: Samantha Stroud, and All Other Occupants,      

Upon notification that the property located at 809 Pine St., Upton, WY 82730 was vacant, Owner’s Agent attempted to secure the premises and found that the following personal property remained at the property:

  Miscellaneous household and personal items located in the house and on the property.

To claim this property, please contact the Owner’s Agent,  Tonya Stahl at (307) 299-1396.

You must take possession of the property to which you are entitled, or notify the agent in writing of your intent to take possession, within seven (7) days from the date this notice is published.  If you notify the agent in writing of your intent to take possession of the property, you must take possession within fifteen (15) days from the date this notice is published.  The property is deemed abandoned and may be disposed of if you do not comply with either of these options.
