PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Pinnacle Bank of Wyoming has proposed a hearing with the City of Newcastle Board of Adjustment. Pinnacle Bank of Wyoming requests a re-plat of Lot 2, Block 1, Elk Mountain Addition, located in the SE 1/4, Section 28, T45N, R61W of the 6th P.M., in the City of Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming.

ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested re-plat will occur on September 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701. If approved by the Board of Adjustment, a recommendation will go to the City Council for consideration and approval.

ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested re-plat will occur on September 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in front of the City of Newcastle City Council at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
