NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the Newcastle Planning Commission will be held at 6:00 pm or soon thereafter on Thursday November 13, 2025 in the Newcastle Council Chambers at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming, to consider the request made by lot owner Joel Olson to change the zoning of the property located on an unnamed alley between Casper and Cheyenne Avenues, being Lot 11, Block1, Manewal-Bradley Addition from R-1 (Single-family Residential District) to C-O (Office and Institution District).  The request is being made to allow a coffee shop.

Notice is further given that a public hearing of the Governing Body of the City of Newcastle will be held at 7:30 pm or soon thereafter, on November 17, 2025, in the Newcastle City Council Chambers, 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming to consider the same, together with the recommendations of the Newcastle Zoning Board.
