You are hereby notified that Jenna Schuessler has filed in the above-referenced Court, Docket No. 2025-CV-0002373, a Petition for Appointment of Wrongful Death Representative in the death of Ethan Schuessler.  Any person claiming to qualify under W.S. 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right to seek appointment as the wrongful death representative.  If a response is not filed with the above-titled court within 30 days after the third publication of this notice, the Court will proceed with the appointment of Jenna Schuessler as the wrongful death representative in this matter.
