Dogies stayed active off the field

The Newcastle Dogies worked hard on the gridiron and finished their 2017 season in the first round of playoffs. They treated fans to some great football action along the way, and though they were busy training since the middle of August, they also found some time to give back to the community.

“At the start of the year, I talked to all of the players together, and we wanted to be able to do some kind of outreach for the community or the other schools,” head coach Matt Conzelman began. “So it was always in the back of my mind to get the players to go out and just be visible in the community.”
