Irvadean Fall, age 87, of Newcastle, Wyo., died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019, at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, S.D. 
Irvadean Alberta (Green) Fall was born on Oct. 15, 1931, in Rapid City to Irvin and Vera (Brandenberry) Green the second of three children. She was raised in Keystone, S.D., and her first job was working at the Mt. Rushmore cafeteria.
She married Bill Wellman, and to their union came three children, Richard, Becky and William. In 1966, she met and married Alvin Fall. They had a daughter, Robin, born to the family. 
Irvadean worked her life doing several different kinds of jobs. She was a bartender, meat cutter, Avon sales lady, clothing and western wear salesperson. She was a volunteer for the school district — she loved having kids read to her and enjoyed going to Mallo camp each year. 
She is survived by her husband, Alvin Fall; children, Richard (Marge) of Newcastle, Becky (Joe) Miller of Sioux City, Iowa, William of Rapid City, and Robin (Fred) Neff; grandchildren, Christopher Wellman of Gillette, Wyo., Kelly Wellman of Newcastle, Mario Volmer of Rapid City, Tyson Volmer of Cody, Wyo., Jesse Miller of Sioux City, Shelly Carlos of Rapid City, Jared Miller of Sioux City, Cody and Andrew Larson of Gillette; and nine great-grandchildren. 
She is preceded in death by her sister, Betty Jean Cofoid; and brother, James Green. 
Memorial services were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, at Meridian Mortuary in Newcastle, with Pastor Bill Haley officiating. Inurnment followed at Greenwood Cemetery in Newcastle.
