General Notice
City of Newcastle (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Newcastle Chlorination System
24650-LE
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received through QuestCDN via their electronic VirtuBid™ online bid service by Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. No paper bids will be accepted. At 1:35 p.m. the Bids received will be publicly opened at Newcastle City Hall, 10 West Warwick Street, Newcastle, WY and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work:
Furnish and install 20’x12’ precast building, including associated piping, equipment, and sodium hypochlorite generation system.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found through QuestCDN with Quest No. 10000824 or www.inberg-miller.com.
Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated websites. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated websites as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated websites in either electronic or paper format. The designated websites will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated websites. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated websites.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on February 3, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Newcastle City Hall, 10 West Warwick Street, Newcastle, WY 82701. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
