Longtime Newcastle resident and local pharmacist Ruth Taylor is preparing for the upcoming opening of her new pharmacy, Cambria Discount Drug, located in the new Decker’s Market. After 30 years with Shopko, the closure of the store’s pharmacy sparked Taylor’s opening of her own pharmacy in the town she has called home her entire life.
