Obituary Notice

Submit an obituary online by filling out the form below.
The News Letter Journal will print obituaries up to 250 words for free, with a modest fee of 25 cents per word after 250. Please leave contact information so we can inform you of the charge to print the obituary in the News Letter Journal after a word count has been assessed. All obituaries are edited minimally to AP Style (newspaper style), with word count done after editing. 
The obituary can only be printed once agreement to the charge has been received by the News Letter Journal. All obituaries published in the News Letter Journal print edition will also be posted online at newslj.com, unless otherwise requested. The News Letter Journal will also post a link to the obituary on our Facebook page. If you wish for the obituary to be published only online, please inform us and we will share it with our online audience at no cost.
Mugshots may be included at no extra charge and should be sent in a jpg format at a minimum of 150 dpi resolution.
