Graham, Norris make 

CSC President’s List

Chadron State College has announced the names of 324 students on the President’s List with a 4.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. To qualify, students must have completed 45 credit hours, be enrolled in 12 credit hours of coursework, be seeking their first bachelor’s degree, and have no incomplete grades during the semester. 

Asia Graham and Melody Norris, both of Newcastle, made the President’s List.

 

Wainscott, Purviance on Dean’s List

CSC also announced the names of 341 students who met requirements for the Dean’s List for Fall 2021 by earning at least a 3.5 grade point average. To qualify, students must have completed at 45 credit hours, be enrolled in 12 credit hours of coursework, be seeking their first bachelor’s degree, and have no incomplete grades during the semester. Hometowns listed reflect the student’s preferred home address.

Gunnar Wainscott and Zachary Purviance, both of Newcastle, were on the Dean’s List.

Chadron State College, which was founded in 1911, is the only four-year, regionally-accredited college in the western half of Nebraska. As a public institution with its roots in teacher education, Chadron State takes pride in its accessibility and affordability. Nearly 3,000 undergraduate, graduate and online students currently attend Chadron State and its curriculum has grown to offer programs and courses in more than 50 majors and endorsements and eight master’s degree programs.

 

Corley, Ostenson, Pearson 

named to Dean’s List

At the end of each regular semester, Dickinson State University recognizes those students named to the Dean’s List. Eligible students must be enrolled full-time and must earn a 3.5 GPA or higher.

Three Newcastle students are listed on DSU’s Dean’s List. They are Kale Corley, Cade Ostenson, and Madison Pearson.

DSU’s mission is to provide high-quality accessible programs, promote excellence in teaching and learning, support scholarly and creative activities, and to provide services relevant to the economy, health, and quality of life for the citizens of North Dakota.
