Taxidermist hangs his shingle in Upton
Upton’s Kyle Leingang aims to provide hunters and outdoorsman with another taxidermy option for their trophy buck or big catch. Wildland Taxidermy officially launched in June, but Leingang brought his business to a storefront in Upton, opening on Sept. 15.
Leingang continues to work his day job in Gillette but can be found at 1001 Second St. (U.S. Highway 16), across from the Arrow in Upton during the evening. Within the next couple of years, he said, he hopes to expand and operate the business full time.
