Weston County Homeland Security recently applied for a grant to help use the additional funds available through the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security, according to Denise Bradshaw, the county’s organization’s director. Bradshaw’s total request would cost the county $3,000, with half provided through the grant if it is approved.

The grant will be used to purchase a SMART Board to help synchronize efforts for a number of agencies, she said.
