Brown-Cox

Jim and Joyce Brown of Sutton wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Brown, to Jerry Cox of Arnold, Neb.

Danielle is the granddaughter of Martin and Suzanne Nuss of Sutton, Neb., and the late Ralph and Pat Brown of Ocala, Fla.

The  groom is the son of Jerry and Teresa Cox of Gothenburg, Neb., and the grandson of Jerry and Jackie Cox of Newcastle, Gerald Everingim of Brush, Colo., and the late Janice (Namuth) Everingim of Sidney, Neb.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Sutton Public Schools and a 2011 graduate of Doane College, and is employed as a service manager for Wells Fargo Bank in Hastings, Neb.

The groom-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Arnold Public Schools and a 2004 graduate of WyoTech, and is employed as a service technician at Cornhusker Toyota in Grand Island, Neb.

The couple plans a May 24, 2014, wedding.

MADDEN–BUCHHOLZ

Stacy Madden of Newcastle and Shane Buchholz of Upton are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Stacy is the daughter of Kevin and Amy Madden of Potter, Neb. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with her undergraduate degree in 2007 and a Master of Public Administration in 2013. She is employed by the University of Wyoming Extension in Weston County as the 4-H/Youth Development Educator.

Shane is the son of Randy and Dona Buchholz of Chugwater.  He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2010 with degrees in Agricultural Education and Rangeland Ecology.  He is the agricultural education teacher and FFA advisor at Upton High School. A July wedding is planned in Sidney, Neb.

COON–BALDWIN

Michael and Rose Baldwin of Newcastle are proud to announce the engagement of their son, Patrick Baldwin, to Whittney Coon, daughter of Clayton and Kathy Coon of Lusk.

Patrick graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He is employed in Lusk at the local drug store.

Whittney received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Golf Management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She was recently hired as the head golf professional in Lusk.

They have set the wedding date for Aug. 2, 2014, in Lusk, and plan to make Lusk their home for the future years.

The parents of Heather Lenardson and Mark Husman are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage of their children.

Heather is a 2003 graduate of Newcastle High School. In 2007, Heather received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and in 2008 received a master’s in Accounting, both from the University of Wyoming. Heather completed her CPA exam license requirements in 2009 and is a senior accountant at Lenhart, Mason & Associates LLC in Casper. Heather is the daughter of Carl and Penny Lenardson of Newcastle and Martha and Kenny Decker of Lusk.

Mark is a 2001 graduate of Sheridan High School. In 2006, Mark received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Mark is a senior engineer for Halliburton and is based out of Casper. Mark is the son of Mike and Marie Husman of Sheridan.

The couple is planning a June 14, 2014, wedding at Mallo Camp, north of Newcastle, and a honeymoon cruise to Alaska. Heather and Mark will continue to reside in Casper.

Ryan Akers and Betsy Moler are engaged to marry in Rapid City South Dakota on May 31, 2014.  The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. Keith and Brenda Moler of Rapid City South Dakota.  The groom to be is the son of Rob and Joanna Akers of Newcastle, Wyoming.  Grandparents of the couple  are Donna Moler of Rapid City, SD, Lyle and Betty Fuhrman of Mobridge SD, Kester and Vivian Akers of Lusk WY and Wilma and the late Duncan Weibel of Laramie, WY
